Or even necessarily in a legal gray area,\u201d London barrister and international criminal law expert Ben Keith tells <em>The Making of a Swindler <\/em>hosts Morris and Higgins. It is just \u201cvery difficult\u201d to gather enough evidence against someone who allegedly committed so many crimes across various jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cHe&#8217;s obviously lying to them about being in trouble. But then gets them effectively to commit fraud on credit card companies and loan companies to allow [the women] to get a higher limit to allow him to spend it,\u201d Keith continues. \u201cSo <em>actually<\/em> he\u2019s made the woman he\u2019s dating an accessory to his fraud.
