India sought the extradition of Mr Bhandari, a consultant in the defence sector, on alleged tax evasion and money laundering charges. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;white-space: normal !important;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">The Divisional Court delivered its judgment on 28 February 2025 and quashed the order for Mr Bhandari\u2019s extradition. The.
