Legal & Litigation Campaigns
We have a record of success for governments, leaders and members of the public.
We tailor campaigns to suit our clients’ needs, focusing specifically on how the media campaign can complement the legal work. We work with leading PR agencies to provide wholistic strategic advice. Our specialist experience in devising legal and litigation campaigns gives our clients unparalleled public support and success.
We have assisted in the release of loved ones detained in foreign nations; secured compensation for torture and rendition; brought international attention and pressure on governments on behalf of persecuted groups.
We recognise, in cases of clear and continuing injustice, that effective communication can be as powerful as legal recourse. At the outset of any engagement, we work with clients to understand the reputational effects of the case - not just for them, but for their opponents and other parties - and build a protective reputation-management strategy around the legal proceedings in conjunction with leading communication specialists.
Case Study
A negative PR campaign had been mounted against our client, a political actor, alleging financial impropriety to undermine him. This resulted in restrictions being imposed on him by a hostile government, stopping him from travelling and carrying out his business. We gathered international political support and managed a legal strategy to undermine the false allegations. As result, our client was allowed to travel and continue his business and the negative publicity was neutralised.
